Our mission at Basilico is to bring the uncharted taste of true, artisanal Neapolitan pizza to Dorset & Somerset

Working alongside everyone from Italy’s most iconic old-school "Pizzaiolo" to the young rising-star and the local micro-producers guarantee the quality of our craft so that you can enjoy the sublime difference of authentic Neapolitan pizza.

With an uncompromising passion for quality, we unearth the regional delights of Italy to handpick the greatest tasting ingredients for our authentic wood-fired pizza.

Our dough is made fresh every day in-house, bulk fermenting for 30 hours to create an incredibly light, fluffy and flavoursome base. We cook our pizzas at over 450 degrees, using kiln-dried local oak to give a hint of char. They’re ready to eat in under 90 seconds.
